Open House / Broker Tour Guidelines

Permitted:

1.    Creekside Lodge Tours: 
       Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
       Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

       Agent/Broker must be present when touring the Creekside Lodge.

2.   Provide Attendant at Gate with directional handout (Map) to guide visitor to the location of your Open House.

3.   If you are selling your house By Owner, you need to contact the Guardhouse and provide details of your Open House to the Guard otherwise anyone coming to the gate will be turned away.  Listings shown to the Guard via cell phone are not a secure way to inform the Guardhouse of this.

4.   Signs are to be placed at the Bowes Road entrance and only on public easement property, not Edgewater grounds.

5.   Signs, Flags & Balloons may be placed on Bowes Road and the subject property on
      the day of the event.

6.   Signs may be no larger than 24” wide x 28” High.

Not Permitted:

1.   Directional Signs may not be used.

2.   No lighted signs are permitted.

3.   Inflatable signs and or figures may not be used anywhere.

4.   Unaccompanied prospective buyers.
