I hereby submit my name for nomination to be a Neighborhood Representative. The Neighborhood Representative Election will be held at the regular Neighborhood meeting following the May Board of Directors Annual Meeting. This form may also be used to apply for an Interim Neighborhood Representative position prior to the May Election.

I understand that Neighborhood Meetings are held 4 times a year as determined by the Neighborhood. I have reviewed the information below regarding the position of Neighborhood Representative and feel I would be a good candidate to complete the stated responsibilities.

Position Title: Neighborhood Representative

Purpose: Provide feedback to the Community Association Manager (CAM) on the opinions, concerns, and questions of their respective
Neighborhood located within the Community of Edgewater.

Structure: There should be a maximum of three (3) representatives per Neighborhood: one appointed the Chair, one appointed a
Vice-Chair, and the third appointed as Secretary for taking notes. All three appointed positions may be held by more than one person
as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and attend four (4) Neighborhood meetings held quarterly.

Provide communication leadership for the Neighborhoods as directed by the CAM.

Report suggestions, results, and information from the respective Neighborhood meetings to the Board of Directors via the CAM.

Actively support and encourage residents to participate in the activities of the community.
